I am self employed. And stayed at several hotels in the DSM area. This hotel is top notch. Staff is very helpful. Very polite. Hotel is always clean. U will enjoy ur stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.
Near the airport, 4 minutes from Hy-Vee, directly across the street from Casey’s. My King room was BIG, and the price was reasonable. Tark at the front desk was great to deal with. He’s got a very pleasant attitude and you can tell he’s working hard.
Staff was very helpful we have very early flight and staff help us a lot they gave us nice and nearest room to the front desk. Room was clean and nice smell overall it was good stay
Don't get 5 stars for nothing. One of the best Choice Hotels I've stayed at. If you need to stay at a hotel for any early morning flight, this is the one. Shuttle was on time and driver was pleasant. For a.small fee, parking is available at the hotel while you are gone.
Rooms were clean. Plenty of hot water and air conditioner worked great. Water park and fitness room were adequate. It's an older building, but no complaints for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet was ok. Not a lot of selections, but basics were provided. Oh, I did not hear noise from anyone while in the room. I would stay again.
The room was super comfortable and they had given us pool side so we can see the pool from our room great customer service really cheap pricing I was in room 134 and the only thing wrong with that room is that the room tv would freeze but I’m not much of a tv person anyway so the hotel was great
I am giving a 5 star review cause everything from the room to the breakfast and the staff was just awesome even the pool was very nice the pillows and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud thank you for the experience we definitely will be back.
Very professional, polite, and personable! Have done an amazing job In their effort to turn around a negative image of this location and property. All of the staff does an amazing job!. And in 15 years, the fresh landscaping will look amazing!
